If you’ve ever thought “I can’t meditate” because your mind won’t stop racing, this class is for you.

This 3-week Breathwork & Meditation Series is designed especially for people who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or constant thoughts—and want a gentler, more accessible way to experience calm.

Together, we’ll explore different styles of meditation that meet you exactly where you are, without pressure to “clear your mind” or sit perfectly still.

Week 1, June 5: Meditation for Overthinking & Anxiety
Learn grounding breathwork and calming techniques to help quiet mental overwhelm and regulate the nervous system.

Week 2, June 12: Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest
Experience guided yogic sleep, a deeply restorative practice that helps the body release tension and the mind settle into rest.

Week 3, June 26: Somatic Mindfulness
Discover body-based mindfulness practices that help you reconnect with yourself through movement, awareness, and nervous system support.

Wear: comfortable clothes.

Bring: A Yoga Mat. A limited number of bolsters and yoga blankets are available for seated meditation. Feel free to bring anything else that would make you comfortable, such as your own blanket, eye mask, or pillow.

Come as you are—busy mind and all. Meditation isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning how to be with yourself more gently.
